    Quick facts for Broward real estate statistics?

    The median sale price of an existing single-family home in Broward County is 39% lower than a year ago.

    As of right now (3/13/2009), 965 CLOSED since Feb 1st 2009. Please see here below a Price Analysis for those sales.

     

    Overall, there are 7075 existing Single Family homes for sale under $300,000 and 3154 homes for sale between $300,000 to $500,000 price range.  As you will see, the average price per sqf  for homes between $300,000 and $500,000 in Broward county  has decreased by an average of 15%  since January 2008 

     

     

    These stats are for the purpose of Homes to be financed with an Agency Conforming Loan .
